Training for all Aspects of Life

Joe Daily

I try to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. With an extensive background in coaching, I try to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way. My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my coaching background, led me to becoming a certified personal trainer with Coopers Institute. I strongly believe in the necessity for an active lifestyle, encompassing a balance of all the compulsory components of fitness. Over the years, it has given me great satisfaction to pass along my existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being

Heather Daily

Heather Daily is the co-owner of Iron Body Fitness and does her best to keep her husband Joe in line. In addition to that tough job, Heather is a certified teacher of 14 years specializing in science and health education. Heather is most proud of being the mother of 5 children ages 27-8 years old having her youngest at 42. She is also the bonus mom of two amazing young men and the dog mom to the incredible gym dogs, Atlas and Rhea.
Heather’s passion has always been coaching and she has coached hundreds of athletes over the last 26 years.
Coach Heather is a certified trainer and nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and she specializes in training and educating our youth. She is looking forward to coaching group fitness once we are in the new building, teaching educational health and fitness sessions for our youth regarding hot topics such as vaping, alcohol, eating disorders, sleep and being a successful student athlete.
Heather has training availability currently in the evenings after school and on the weekends.
Her ultimate goal is to compete onstage alongside her husband proving that age is only a number and having children and being a mom is a super power. She looks forward to being at Iron Body Fitness full time and getting to know each and every member. Heather is so proud of Joe and the community he has built alongside and the other personal trainers of Iron Body Fitness

Joe Arredondo

I have always had a passion for training and self-improvement. I believe in a holistic approach to life as well as training. My family, training and sports have played a significant role in my life.
This has allowed me to learn valuable disciplines, accomplishments and positive life lessons along the way. I played many years of basketball and football, in fact I continue playing football competitively. I enjoy spending time with family, my dog, outdoors, training and helping others. We all are unique, my goal is your goal; whether it be to lose weight, gain muscle, enhance sports performance or just feeling healthy in life. I believe in sharing knowledge, experiences and empowering others to be the best version of themselves in order to live their best life possible. I also have background as a therapist and understand the importance of the roles of being healthy mentally and emotionally in combination with physical health.  As a coach, my focus is to help bring out the best in yourself while seeing, feeling and experiencing the amazing accomplishments within yourself that comes out of hard work and determination. I am excited for the opportunity to help you accomplish your personal goals while having fun!
