Training for all Aspects of Life

Joe Daily

I try to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. With an extensive background in coaching, I try to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way. My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my coaching background, led me to becoming a certified personal trainer with Coopers Institute. I strongly believe in the necessity for an active lifestyle, encompassing a balance of all the compulsory components of fitness. Over the years, it has given me great satisfaction to pass along my existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being.

Shyla LaRue

I am a NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 27 years of training experience in Strength and Conditioning with an emphasis in power lifting and Tactical Fitness. I received my bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Maryland in Psychology with a Minor in Sports Medicine. I have been blessed with the opportunity to coach athletes competing at the national level in power lifting and bodybuilding. I also have a strong background and passion for working with clients working through PTSD – including military and law enforcement. I previously worked with a military and law enforcement training facility and had the opportunity to work alongside some of the country’s top military tier one operators and SWAT operators. I am constantly looking for opportunities for growth and learning new methodologies in my field of expertise as Tactical Fitness becomes the new norm for training law enforcement and military today. I am passionate about preparing individuals for military physical fitness assessments and recently designed an 8 week training program to ready individuals for Boot Camp and as the CFT is receiving a major overhaul by the Army leading to new entry/annual PT requirements. If the military is your next step, I will coach you to the top scores in your company.

Joe Arredondo

I have always had a passion for training and self-improvement. I believe in a holistic approach to life as well as training. My family, training and sports have played a significant role in my life.
This has allowed me to learn valuable disciplines, accomplishments and positive life lessons along the way. I played many years of basketball and football, in fact I continue playing football competitively. I enjoy spending time with family, my dog, outdoors, training and helping others. We all are unique, my goal is your goal; whether it be to lose weight, gain muscle, enhance sports performance or just feeling healthy in life. I believe in sharing knowledge, experiences and empowering others to be the best version of themselves in order to live their best life possible. I also have background as a therapist and understand the importance of the roles of being healthy mentally and emotionally in combination with physical health.  As a coach, my focus is to help bring out the best in yourself while seeing, feeling and experiencing the amazing accomplishments within yourself that comes out of hard work and determination. I am excited for the opportunity to help you accomplish your personal goals while having fun!
